44 years old – still entertaining and still relevant.

Rated: PG

Starring: Richie Cunningham, Shirley Feeney, Indiana Jones, Duddy Kravitz

Plot: A night in the life of several teenagers on the eve of post secondary education and/or adulthood.

Tanya’s Verdict: This movie may be long in the tooth, but it’s still funny and entertaining – the music throughout helps set the scene. And while times have definitely changed, American Graffiti proves that when you get down to it, teenagers really haven’t. Despite the PG rating, it’s not as wholesome as one may expect from a 40 plus year-old comedy. Even so, this may be one to watch as a family – my 13-year-old enjoyed it . . . as did I.
