Okay for a forgettable bubblegum teen drama.

Tanya’s Score: in between okay and good*

Rated: PG-13

Starring: generically cute youngsters; generically haggard adults

Plot: A teen girl (Angourie Rice) falls for someone who takes the form of a different person each and every day.

Tanya’s Verdict: This movie was okay as far as bubblegum dramas go. The plot was gimmicky and the acting was hokey but my kids were entertained. There was some mild bad language as well as several allusions to sex (easy to go unnoticed by younger viewers). While definitely simplistic and forgettable, the use of the song This is the Day by The The elevates this movie a notch above “okay” in my books.
