Tanya’s Score: Good-and-a-half*
Rated: 14A
Starring: Bob & Al; Iceman & Buffalo Bill; l’il Natalie Portman
Plot: A dedicated cop (Al Pacino) puts all else aside in order to catch a group of professional bank robbers.
Tanya’s Verdict: I like that this movie takes its time to tell its story. There are a ton of fully-formed, fleshed-out characters and intricate details – all there to propel the story forward. Of course it’s hard to piece together the plot details when the lousy kids you are watching with can’t tell Al Pacino and Robert De Niro apart.
Other than looking at the faces of the actors – this movie doesn’t seem or feel dated whatsoever.
