Plot: When an unlucky boy (LaBeouf) is sentenced to digging holes at a detention camp, little does he know it will lead to solving his family’s problems.
Tanya’s Verdict: Based on the book by the same name, Holes is an intricate story filled with interesting characters and implausible yet highly entertaining plot twists. The story jumps from present to past reminding everyone how important our past is to our present and thus our future. If you are looking for a good family movie to watch together with your kids – this one’s a winner in my books.
