Plot: A young American woman heads to Barcelona on a business trip with her two friends and ends up in Ibiza, looking for a hot DJ she had an encounter with earlier.
Tanya’s Verdict: At 90 minutes long, this movie is about 30 minutes worth of plot, dialogue and character development and 60 minutes of techno music montages.
The best way to sum this movie up is to say this: you know that one person who loves the sound of their own voice and tells you everything going on in their lives in intimate detail like it’s the most important info you’ll ever hear? And you typically end up tuning them out, nodding blankly while thinking about your grocery list and counting the minutes until you’ll be able to steal away from their soul-sucking energy? This movie is like that.
