I found this recipe at 30seconds, which by the way happens to be chock-full of amazing yet simple recipes. Whenever I’m uninspired by the side dishes I make and re-make, I remember this one and slap myself in the head. It’s amazing. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cored and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/8 c. olive oil
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 t. salt
1 t. each: cumin, garlic salt, onion powder
1/2 t. turmeric
Heat oven to 450F and grease a large cookie sheet. Combine spices and oil in a small bowl and add the cauliflower florets and stir to coat. If making ahead for later, place florets in a large ziplock bag and add the oil mixture before sealing and shaking to ensure the cauliflower is coated.
Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, shaking every so often to ensure they don’t burn.
