I liked it okay – but it’s nothing to write home about.

Rated: 14A

Starring: a “dying girl”, a “vvitch” and the late Anton Yelchin in one of his final roles

Plot: Two rich girls with psychopathic tendencies hatch a plan that will benefit them both.

Tanya’s Verdict: This slow-paced thriller creeps along disturbingly – hinting at goriness yet never clearly showing all that much. With so few characters and mainly only two or three characters interacting together onscreen, the movie feels more like a play at times. In the end, I liked it okay – but it’s definitely nothing to write home about.
