I make this one every so often – it’s a quick and easy one that the kids like. I have no idea where it came from – but I’m glad I found it. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
4-6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 T butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
2 t. lemon juice or white wine (I switch it up depending on what I have on hand)
2-4 garlic cloves, minced
hot cooked rice
In a large pan over medium-high heat, brown chicken in the melted butter. Add soup, water, lemon juice (or wine) and garlic. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat until chicken is cooked through. Serve chicken over rice with sauce spooned on top.
I love chicken recipes..this one sounds really good!!
