Still so good.

Tanya’s Score: Good-and-a-half*

Rated: PG (with lots of language)

Starring: Rocketman’s song partner – all growed down

Plot: A talented young boy (Jamie Bell) living in an England coal mining town finds himself drawn into the world of dance.

Tanya’s Verdict: This is one of those low-budget movies with a simple plot that surprises  with its depth and emotion. Every single character is given a story – a real story; a good story. It’s always nice to re-watch a 20-year-old movie that you have a recollection of enjoying and experience it all over again.

My kids really liked it too.

*Four score descriptions: Sh**; Okay; Good; Great
