Interesting, intriguing – if not a bit distracting.

Tanya’s Score: Good*

Rated: 14A

Starring: April Ludgate

Plot: A writer/filmmaker (Aubrey Plaza) retreats to a remote cabin for creative inspiration only to find herself caught in the middle of domestic strife between the couple (Christopher Abbott; Sarah Gadon) who owns it.

Tanya’s Verdict: Warning – this movie is weird. If you don’t like weird when it comes to movies – then consider yourself duly cautioned.

Divided into two distinct halves, the second part will have you questioning and comparing to the first part which was an interesting twist in some ways but also kind of distracting.

So all in all – a bit thought-provoking, definitely intriguing – I liked it.
