Tanya’s Verdict: For those of you in the market for creepy movies that have a lot more going on beneath the surface – think along the lines of mother! (2017) – then this Polish movie may be a good choice.

Demon starts off kind of creepy. There are plenty of eerie yet oddly unexplained occurrences that left me feeling more and more unsettled as the movie slowly unfolded. At about the half-way mark, I realized that all was not as it appeared – that there was clearly an underlying story coming through from what was happening on screen. By the time the movie ended, I was sure of it.

Though deliberately vague, there are enough detailed hints throughout that will get its point across. Long after it finished, I was (and still am) thinking about Demon – a hallmark of a pretty good movie.
