Plot: A mother (Jamie Lee Curtis) and teen daughter (Lindsay Lohan) switch bodies one Freaky Friday – so each can live a day in the other’s shoes.
Tanya’s Verdict: My daughter wanted to re-watch this classic from her childhood though I would have preferred to watch the one starring Jodie Foster (which for the record is the classic from MY childhood). But I gave in to the remake. And I have to say I enjoyed it.
It was nice to watch a live-action movie with the kids where we all laughed and I didn’t have to worry about any inappropriate scenes. Freaky Friday is a good family pick if you have access to Disney+.
