Plot: A young Chinese woman (Yifei Liu) pretends to be a male warrior in order to prevent her ailing father (Tzi Ma) from having to go to war.
Tanya’s Verdict: This movie is a dull remake. Taking a successful animated film and transferring it to live-action isn’t always enough for it to remain interesting and/or successful.
In my opinion, Mulan is a lazy flop. It’s long and boring. And if you don’t believe me – then ask my kids. They feel the same.
