Not a comedy, not a murder mystery – just a dull void of a film.

Tanya’s Score: Sh**-and-a-half*

Rated: PG-13

Starring: Rachel and Billy Madison

Plot: When a middle class American couple (Jennifer Aniston; Adam Sandler) take the European honeymoon they’ve been planning for the past 15 years, they end up getting framed for murder.

Tanya’s Verdict: This Netflix original could most definitely have worked as a comedy – there were so many opportunities that it didn’t take. It could have worked as a murder-mystery – but once again it fell flat.

Instead, this movie (and Sandler) took the easy way out. Characters said their lines and the plot moved along until the final credits. And I took nothing away for having spent the last 90 minutes watching it unfold.

*Four score descriptions: Sh**; Okay; Good; Great
