A psychological thriller full of twists – a pretty good movie if you like that sort of thing.

Tanya’s Score: Good-and-a-half*

Rated: 14A

Starring: “Looker” Leo; “Easy-On-The-Eyes” Ruffalo; “Scene-Stealer” (no matter how small the part) Williams

Plot: In the 1950s, a U.S. Marshall (Leonard DiCaprio) investigates the disappearance of an escaped convict from an institution for the criminally insane.

Tanya’s Verdict: Scanning through Netflix, I noticed this one and figured it would be a good one for family movie night. From what I remembered: it was sufficiently creepy, well-acted and filled with twists and turns throughout. And the pay-off was great – everyone liked it and I even discovered a twist I hadn’t noticed the first time I saw this one 10 years ago!
