Plot: The angry birds must team up with the pigs in order to fight a mutual enemy reaping havoc and destruction on their islands.
Tanya’s Verdict: Movies like this one give movies geared toward kids a bad rap. Just because it’s animated and just because the majority age of the audience is in single digits – does not mean a movie has to be dumb, insipid or uninspired. But unfortunately those words describe this sorry excuse for cinema to a tee.
There is nothing clever happening and nothing all too humorous being said. I took greater enjoyment in the side plot going on revolving around a few young birds trying to locate some missing eggs.
In the end, the plot of this movie would have been better-suited for a 17 minute episode of Octonauts. Nothing else.
