Plot: Parents (Jennifer Garner; Edgar Ramírez) who typically say ‘no’ to their kids pick a day to say ‘yes’ to all their demands (with a few ground rules).
Tanya’s Verdict: This is perfectly harmless bubblegum fare for family viewing night. If you enjoy a somewhat predictable and downright unbelievable storyline filled with a chirpy mother and a butt-of-all-jokes father, this one’s for you. Now if what you’re after is quality humour, in-depth character development and quality cinema – watch something else.
That said, my 11-year-old son enjoyed it and I would never take that away from him by telling him my actual thoughts.
