Frenzied and stressful – not typical Adam Sandler fare.

Tanya’s Score: Good*

Rated: 14A

Starring: an unfunny Adam Sandler; Elsa; Abel Tesfaye

Plot: A gambling jeweller (Sandler) on the lookout for the next big score attempts to outrun his daily misdeeds.

Tanya’s Verdict: This is not, I repeat, is not a typical Adam Sandler film. If you’re looking for dumb and silly then perhaps head back to one of his older films. This one is a frenetic twist and turn from beginning to end.

I liked it – but I won’t lie – it’s stressful to watch – making it a tad difficult to enjoy.
